About ISEE TV

DMCL’s ISEE Mobile TV is India’s first comprehensive mobile entertainment service launched in association with BSNL in July 2007.

ISEE provides access to live streaming of Zee News and Zee Sports as well as gives its user an option to access his daily dose of entertainment through the hybrid channel – ISEE Zee.

The service complements the dynamic integration of content, technology and service management to provide enriching experience to the consumer on-the-go.

Currently operational in BSNL north zone, this service is being scaled up to cater to viewers all across India. Consumer pays Rs.150 monthly subscription fees for unlimited access of video content in the genre of soaps, music, movies, news, sports and comedy.

How it Works?

	Step 1 Service available to subscriber of our partner mobile networks, at present GSM subscribers of BSNL in India. Consumer needs an activated GPRS connection
	Step 2 To download application for installation on your mobile phone sms ISEE to 7575. Consumer receives download push url for application and on clicking the same the download process starts. Consumer may receive a promotional coupon to access the service for free during the promotion campaign. Provide your coupon number when asked during the application installation.
	Step 3 Click on the ISEE app icon to get access to the world of entertainment packaged especially for you.
	Step 4 Customer is ready to enter the world of ISEE TV through this. HAPPY BROWSING!

Do I have to pay for application download?
There are no charges for the download. It is free of cost.

How can I unsubscribe?
Once subscribed, the service cannot be unsubscribed and no refund can be solicited either by BSNL or DMCL. Customer is free to use the service for 30 days period.

Can service subscription be extended for unused period?
Subscription is valid for the period of 30 days from the subscription activation date. In no circumstance it can be extended for period beyond the expiry date whether used or not used by customer.
